Refunds

How do I initialize a return or exchange?

You have a 14-day window to request a return. Our current protocol is as follows:

  1. Contact kontakt@nonsenseshop.dk with your order ID.
  2. We will transmit a return label to your email.
  3. Action Required: You must print this label manually and attach it to the original packaging.
    Note: We are currently engineering a more seamless return system. As a startup, we appreciate your patience during this manual phase.

What are the costs associated with returns?

  • Size Exchanges: COMPLIMENTARY. If you require a different size, the exchange protocol is free of charge.
  • Refunds: A return fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Unclaimed Packages: A fee of 49 DKK applies to any package not collected from the pickup point.

How long until my refund is processed?

System processing takes up to 14 days. You will receive an automated confirmation via email once the funds have been re-allocated to your account.

LOGISTICS & CARE

Where can I find the care instructions for my units?

Per Danish legislation, all NONSENSE® garments are equipped with a permanent care label stitched into the interior. These instructions are standardized to ensure the longevity of high-quality materials. Follow them strictly.

What are the support hours for technical inquiries?

Our operations team is active during the following window:

  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
  • Weekends / Holidays: OFFLINE

Where is your physical flagship store located?

NONSENSE® currently operates as a digital-only archive. We do not have a permanent physical storefront and have no immediate plans for one. This allows us to focus entirely on product engineering and direct distribution.

Will there ever be a way to see the units in person?

Future "Temporary Access" events and Pop-up Protocols are under evaluation. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified if a physical deployment is scheduled in your area.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Can I change or cancel my order after deployment?

Once an order is initialized in our system, it moves rapidly to the packaging phase. If you need to modify your order, contact kontakt@nonsenseshop.dk immediately. If the unit has already been dispatched, you must follow the standard return protocol upon arrival.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What happens now?

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please verify all data entry before confirming your order.

QUALITY CONTROL

My unit appears different from the digital render. Why?

We use specific industrial washes and high-density pigments. Minor variations in texture and shade are part of the technical character of the fabric. This is not a defect; it is the nature of high-quality, heavy-duty textiles.

What if I receive a defective unit?

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a 24-month right to complain about defects. If your unit has a production error, contact us with photographic evidence for an immediate investigation and replacement.

ACCESS

How do I stay updated on the next "Nonsense" drop?

We do not operate on a standard retail calendar. All drops are announced via our newsletter and Instagram. Once a unit is marked as OUT_OF_STOCK, a restock is never guaranteed.

Do you offer gift cards?

Digital gift cards are available under the "Shop" section of the store. They are delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
